[Openal] question about static & streaming source

Hi Uray,

Some hardware implementations of OpenAL will give slightly better
performance when playing Static vs Streaming Sources, but I would imagine
that pretty much all the software based implementations would have a
negligible performance difference.   If it keeps your audio library simpler
and cleaner then I would say to keep your design as it is.

Hi,

I think that static source could be emulated by streaming source, I just
want to make thing simple to make all source is streaming mode in my audio
library, my question is: is static source (AL_STATIC) has performance
benefit compared to (AL_STREAMING) ?
