I can't give you a definitive legal answer (I'm not a lawyer), but I would
recommend including the text from the OpenAL installer at the end of your
own software license - assuming you have one. If not, then perhaps it can
added to the manual, or into a readme.txt file that is installed by the
game.

Ok and what about the licency that is shown in the installer dialog? Do I
have to attach a copy of it to the games installation rutine?
