[Openal] Setting listener orientation

Hi,

calculating the at vector is easy and I think it is already working correctly. But I think I misunderstood something according to the up vector. Is the up vector changing? Or is it always (0,0,1) for example?

If it is changing, how to calculate the up vector, if I already have the at vector?
