[Openal] OpenAL Soft 1.10 will be sooner than expected

It's not openal-soft's fault. The error is caused by the
compatibility library I install for libopenal.so.0. It's an empty
library that links against libopenal.so.1. I could have solved it
with a symlink but then rpm doesn't generate the automatic
dependencies.
