[Openal] trouble with OpenAl SDK samples

Hi.
I have a some problem using OpenAL1.1 under Windows Vista 64, sound card - Creative X-Fi Elite, Driver 2.18.0008.

I try to run samples from OpenAl SDK.
First statement alcIsExtensionPresent(NULL, "ALC_ENUMERATION_EXT")) return true, 
but next statement alcGetString(NULL, ALC_DEVICE_SPECIFIER)  doesn't return execution and program stop responding.
What can be wrong? On another computer with WinXp OpenAl samples works fine;
