Nabble uses the email address that's linked with your Nabble-account. This
means that your own mail account should be subscribed to the list. As is
stated above the post form, with subscribe link: 

This message will be sent from *mymail* to the
openal at opensource.creative.com mailing list. (What is a "mailing list"?) 
You may need to subscribe to this mailing list for your message to be
accepted.

Afterwards Nabble will also show a warning above the post that the post is
not received by the mailing list (yet). However people that aren't used to
mailing lists might not get that entirely, after all, the message is visible
to them.
