[Openal] server permissions issue?

I think there's a SVN-server permissions issue for the Creative
repository at svn://connect.creativelabs.com/OpenAL.  The following
error shows up on when trying to do a fresh checkout (it might happen
with any update operation too):

"Can't open C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\report.tmp Access is denied"

The problem appears to be server-side...
