[Openal] generic software, generic hardware

Hi all,

thanks for the support you always give promptly.

Sorry for the common, probably redundant question. I am working on a PC 
streaming applications, a little hardware transmit 800Khz PCM 16 bit 
mono stream.
I have woked mainly as is done in the playstram AL sample.

Anyway, i don't understand why, with the generic software, the audio is 
processed fast and perfect. With the "generic hardware" , audio decoding 
come slower, the audio data get enqued, wholes in the audio are audible 
since buffer processing is too much slower comparing to the encoding timing.
