Sorry, I didn't mean to sound patronizing :-)

I certainly understand your concern here.  Sometimes the traffic on the 
list is so slow, that I wonder if anyone is actually there myself.  Even 
so, I've been involved for more than 10 years now, and there are still 
improvements being made.  Slowly for sure, but steadily.
