[Openal] Please Help : EFX, VC#, X-FI X-MOD

Hello again,

Daniel, thank you for your response. I believe this thread is going to help
others misled (like myself) by the "X-FI" part of X-MOD. I now stand
enlightened. I was beginning to think my code was to blame...I didn't know
that to do & even had a "suicidal" attempt to try and port the whole project
to VC++ ... in hopes of a miracle.

Sadly, I'm only own a laptop. I've seen Audigy 2 ZS also comes in the
Notebook version, so there is still hope...
