[Openal] Generic Software: no errors but no sound

The Windows code in the SVN repo is old (as well as the Sample code.. I think 
it's just ALUT and the OSX code that's "current" there, as well as the 
tests/examples).

Have you tried to remove/delete the DLLs you built and using the ones the 
redistributable installer installs? I don't think the SDK runs the installer 
automatically, but even if so, double check that the DLLs you built are gone.
