[Openal] Can't create configuration file on Windows PC

Dear

I downloaded the latest source openal-0.0.8 and CMake 2.6 and I can't get
past these errors:

* **CMake Error: ConfigHelper_DIR is not set.  It must be set to the
directory containing ConfigHelperConfig.cmake in order to use
ConfigHelper. - I don't see this file anywhere in the OpenAL archive.

where is the problem?  and how  to   solve it ?
