[openal] streaming sounds clicking in 64 bit

The version in 8 is openal-0.0.9-0.13.20060204cvs.fc8.i386 whereas in
7 it's 0.0.9-0.12. I somehow doubt they've
fixed much, but it's still worth checking out.
