[openal] streaming sounds clicking in 64 bit

For now, I'd just recommend doing "yum remove openal" and just
downloading, compiling, and installing OpenAL-Soft manually. After
following the "Installing" instructions on the web site, just do "make",
and then "make install" (make sure you're root for the "make install" step).
Eventually, I'm hoping to get OpenAL-Soft to replace the old SI in all
the distros, which should make this easier.
