[Openal] Unable to open the device capture ???

It sounds like you're using the Creative OpenAL SDK, then, is that correct?

If so, I wonder if your device supports multimedia capture through the 
regular Windows MMSYSTEM or DirectSound methods.  Based on the symptoms, 
it sounds like it doesn't, but you mentioned that you can select it as 
your recording device in the sound Control Panel, correct?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how much more help I can be.  I don't have 
any experience with any devices like that.  Maybe someone else can chime in?
