[Openal] Play and position an audio file for iPhone SDK

The iPhone SDK is still under NDA.

Generally speaking, OpenAL is a cross-platform API so it should be
very much like if not identical to other platforms with OpenAL.
Speculatively, OpenAL on the iPhone is probably is near identical to
Apple's Mac OS X implementation.
