[Openal] 5.1 speakers

You don't need a creative sound device (I have onboard Realtek chipset), and
the only thing I did is execute the "playmultichannel" example from the
Creative OpenAL SDK 1.1, with OpenAL Soft's DLL next to the .exe. And that's
it, I had the example working 5.1.

For more details, have a look to "playmultichannel" source code. I guess it
works with 7.1 as well.
Note that I only had stereo output when using OpenAL from Creative SDK, only
OpenAL Soft made it work.
