[Openal] OpenAL-Soft 1.3.253 released!

The next release of OpenAL Soft is now available.

This release has a few DirectSound and ALSA improvements, and fixes OSS 
capture. It also includes a practical alext.h header, modelled after glext.h, 
that you can use when dealing with extensions, as well as the usual bug 
fixes.

No new extensions supported this round, though I would like to get some of the 
proposed extensions fleshed out and supported for 1.4. Also I'd like to 
finally fix the reverb effect once and for all, but I'm going to need help on 
that (I don't know too much about how the math behind the intended reverb 
effect is supposed to work).

I'd also like to say Thank You for your guys' support. It's nice to know 
people use OpenAL Soft and find it useful. :)
