[Openal] Playing on two soundcards simultaneously (Win XP): First context stutters

So far, I've been I was using Creative's "Summer 2007 OpenAL SDK" with the
according binaries on the target hosts.

Thanks for that hint, which I am going to follow now. I was not aware that
there was something like OpenAL-Soft around. I'll let you know the outcome.
