[Openal] Problems, materials, capture

Hello there, i downloaded open AL 1.1 SDK and freealut and they also came with samples. but i could only play the alut samples, the openal came with linkage problems like this:
PlayStatic.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "char __cdecl ALFWShutdownOpenAL(void)" (?ALFWShutdownOpenAL@@YADXZ)
  i think it is something with the framework, but i dont really know =/
  Also I would like to ask where i can get studying materials. I've got the alut samples of DevMaster, but i would like to capture microphone sounds too, is that possible? It's very hard to found anything about openal.
