[Openal] OpenAL Download Links Broken?

Yeah, the web links seem to be down.  Subversion still works, though.  If
you're waiting for the SDK, you can use svn until they get the links for
the SDK back on line.

One of the guys at Creative reads this list everyday, so I'm sure they'll
jump on this as soon as he sees it.
