[Openal] OpenAL Download Links Broken?

I need to get started on OpenAL, but I can't download anything from the
OpenAL site. I keep getting 'connection reset' when I try to download
anything from these pages:

http://developer.creative.com/articles/article.asp?cat=1&sbcat=31&top=38&aid=51

Can anybody verify that they can download from this site?  If so then I'll
beat up on my ISP. If not, then I guess I'll send a note to Creative.
