[Openal] Capture problems under Windows

Hi Dan,
I have done another round of testing. I tried three different capture test
programs: the first using the OPenAL32 DLL, the second using the wrap_oal
DLL (both the latest version) and the third using my own simple capture
library. (My library just opens the waveIn device and passes a buffer for
recording). All three programs have two subversions: one for 8000 Hz, the
other for 22050 Hz recording.
The result is conclusive: The test using my library worked w/o errors on
both machines I used. The other two tests gave identical results: on one
machine opening the capture device succeded but the number of captured
samples was zero. On the other machine they could not even open the capture
device.
Based on these tests I would say that there is definitely a problem with
sound capture under Windows in OpenAL. I did this test at my workplace, I
could not yet try the test programs on my home machine (the only one on
which I could ever get any of the OpenAL capture tests working). If you want
more data or want to see the code of the test programs, just let me know.
