[Openal] New OpenAL run-times and SDK released

Hi All,

A new OpenAL run-time installer is available for download from
http://developer.creative.com/landing.asp?cat=1&sbcat=31&top=38

A new SDK is also available for download from the same location.  The SDK
integrates the new installer, adds some new example code that demonstrates
how to use a new alternative device enumeration extension, and includes a
new "OpenAL Deployment Guide" giving information about shipping OpenAL
components with your application.
