[Openal] Capture problems under Windows

Hi,

I have checked the current version of the library code (subversion trunk at
openal.org). Clearly, sound capture is not supported at all under Windows.
Game over :-( I wish it was mentioned somewhere in the docs. Earlier
versions apparently did support it (maybe in a crude way, but at least it
worked). So why did it have to be removed? More important, is there anybody
working on it so that we can capture sound again under Windows?

BTW, I have looked at the MMSYSTEM API and it seems to me that capture
should not be terribly difficult to implement.
