[Openal] MacOSX OpenAL 1.1 & FreeALUT problems & universal binary issues

you should hqve it already there in your system/library/frameworks/ folder
as a universal binary if you qre on tiger 10.4 or above.
otherwise you may need to upgrade your OS. Apple doesnt provide the source
to the frameworks but you could try the the freealut package.

get info on it command-i and check for yourself.
