[Openal] Random AL_INVALID_OPERATION using alSourcei/alSourceQueueBuffers

Thanks a lot Dan, that sure was helpful. Dont know if its working for the
guy yet, but I noticed some improvement in the playback of stereo files :).
By the way, would it be much of a pain to make some revision to the
documentation in this area? Right now I feel like the error descriptions are
kinda fuzzy.

On another note, I noticed that on some cards the surround works a bit odd,
like getting no output from the subwoofer when the playing source is behind
the listener, or getting very sharp panning. Is there something that can be
done about this, or are they just implementation dependent issues?
