[Openal] Native Devices

Hi,

Reading this thread:

It's stated that OpenAL has 3 devices, but all I see are 2. I'm not see 
'SBLive! Audio [C000]' as appears in the control panel/device list.

Should it be there? And while we're here, why doesn't my card (in Hardware 
at least) show support for other effects like Chorus, Flanger e.t.c. (It's 
an old SBLive! but they do work :)
