[Openal] SEC_OFFSET linux

Hey, I'm using the current gentoo ebuild (version 0.0.8 it says) and it
seems as if AL_SEC_OFFSET is not working for me.  I'm guessing its a version
mixup, but I can't seem to find a 1.0 or better version for linux, either
available for download or in the svn.  Any advice?
