[Openal] alGenBuffers generates invalid values (PC only)

That was the problem.  Awesome, thanks!

The default device specifier was "DirectSound3D".  If pass  "Generic
Hardware" to alcOpenDevice instead of NULL, it gives me back a dev.
specifier of MMSYSTEM, and everything works fine.
