[Openal] alGenBuffers generates invalid values (PC only)

OK, at this point I'd make sure you're using the latest OpenAL SDK and 
the latest drivers for your hardware.

It would also be good to know what device you're using (use 
alcGetString() with your device handle and ALC_DEVICE_SPECIFIER).

Which nForce chipset is it?  I doubt this is the problem, but at one 
point NVIDIA was supplying a native OpenAL implementation for the 
original nForce audio hardware.  This implementation is rather old now, 
so if you're still using it, I'd recommend removing it.  If your device 
specifier is not "Generic Hardware" or "Generic Software", then this 
could be your problem.
