[Openal] Using more than soundcard (w/o own DLL) at the same time

Hi all!

Jason and Dan, thank you very much for pointing the new extension out. I
tested it just a couple of minutes ago and it works very fine. I am able to
play one source on the first card and another one on the second card at the
same time.

Problem solved, thanks to you!

The new extension proves to be very useful for such a case.

By the way, to whom it may be of interest, the SigmaTel Audio I mentioned in
the first post is not offering a "Generic Hardware", so it seems not to
support DirectSound3D (like I assumed while writing the first post).
