[Openal] Typo in docs

You're right - that's a typo in the document.   It will be fixed in the
next SDK release.

In the programmers guide pdf, page 34:

AL_CONE_INNER_ANGLE f, fv, i, iv the gain when inside the oriented cone

Should be 'inner angle of the sound cone, in degrees, default is 360',
right?
