[Openal] OpenAL on Mac OSX and capturing audio oops, my bad :-)

Alas, the Mac I was using had Tigers' OpenAL replaced with the 1.0  
version from openal.org, and ALC_CAPTURE_DEVICE_SPECIFIER wasn't part  
of 1.0.  So, that explains that issue.  My MacBook has Tiger's OpenAL  
on it, and it has this.  Sorry for the noise ...
