[Openal] OpenAL on Mac OSX and capturing audio

Hello, all ...

I'm developing an OpenAL application that has to run on multiple  
platforms, including Mac OSX.  I'm finding that  
ALC_CAPTURE_DEVICE_SPECIFIER doesn't seem to be defined in the  
version (1.2) of OpenAL shipped with Mac OSX Tiger.  This makes me  
wonder:

1. Can I use OpenAL to capture audio on OSX?
2. If so, how?
