[Openal] direct usage of wrap_oal

Semi-false alarm.

The dll is from trunk.

I just tried compiling the sample Capture project and it did not exhibit 
the same behavior. I then ran over my own code, and saw two errors - 
once those were fixed it behaved as expected (I was opening the capture 
device twice, first one was correct, 2nd failed).

However there were still a difference with the buggy code, depending on 
whether I was using OpenAL32.dll or wrap_oal.dll directly. Not sure how 
much it matters though!
