[Openal] Audiosink

Hi,

I am writing an audiosink, my scenery:

filesource -> decode -> audiosink

The application should be able to decode AC3, DTS, OGG

and send the raw audio to OpenAL Audiosink. OpenAl 
should determine the correct pitch alteration and gain

attenuation to render the sound! If I understood the
key to streaming is use queue, ok?
if I want to add some sound affects such as rotation,
dopler, reverb, should I create some properties?
Something like: audiosink.dopler=true
