[Openal] Doppler effect&other trouble

Both the wiki and bug tracker installations are being actively worked on 
right now.  I feel horrible about the delays, but for these projects I'm 
delegating the entire installation to other Creative employees, so that 
server maintenance going forward isn't dependent on me personally being 
there to work on it.  We're going to end up with three people at 
Creative who can maintain the server, rather than just one...  
Naturally, that involves scheduling (the major issue) and learning-curve 
issues (yes, I know that for experienced Linux admins this is a half-day 
job, but people have to start somewhere).
