[Openal] Doppler effect&other trouble

For developers: As I have been hacking through the code, I found another
problem - doppler effect directly modifies sample's pitch value from
al_state.c. this simply should be fixed;]

For Garin: In fact, wiki and bugzilla is *the* need for OpenAL more than a
year now. I would suggest TRAC. Also, if OpenAL had a working bugzilla
and/or development wiki, there surely would be enough volunteers to fix new
bugs promptly. (personally, I would participate too)
