[Openal] note re Windows Vista

Now that Vista RC1 is becoming widely available, I figured that it would
be a good idea for me to send out a short note regarding support.

The current OpenAL Installer will run and install libraries that work
fairly well under Vista. The one large exception to this is NULL-device
selection -- the current router library may not select the correct
device under Vista (it will select something, but it may not be the
device currently set to be the default output device).

There is an updated version of the router in the source repository with
a NULL-device Vista fix in it (which needs to be compiled and linked on
a Vista system to get the fix). TortoiseSVN works well in Vista already
(both 32 and 64-bit versions), so it's easy enough to grab the latest
code and check it out.

The updated code will of course be rolled into upcoming installers once
it has undergone enough testing.

Later,

Garin
