[Openal] Not able to detect sound cards

Hi there,

i have two computers with following soundcard setup:

1) - soundblaster x-fi
   - Realtek AC97 Audio (onboard)

2) - Realtek AC97 Audio (onboard)
   - C-Media Wave Device
   - Envy24 Family Audio

i am using alcGetString(NULL, ALC_DEVICE_SPECIFIER), like you are
doing in the examples, for enumerating the available devices.
(all cards are working with openal...)

output is the following (also with your examples):

setup 1)
0 SB X-Fi Audio [D800]
1 Generic Hardware
2 Generic Software

setup 2)
0 Generic Hardware
1 Generic Software

i want to give the user the ability to select which soundcard he wants
to use but with given output i just dont see them. i would need output
like with setup 1, for each card one entry would be perfect.

so my question here is, what i am doing wrong ?
