[Openal] freealut OS X framework test

(Thought I'd post again with a more informative subject)

I've made a first attempt of a freealut OS X framework and it seems to work.

Here is a simple installer:

The modified source:

and the xcode project files:
http://zentipede.dk/~dacobi/alut/ALUT-xcodeprj.tar.gz<http://zentipede.dk/%7Edacobi/alut/ALUT-xcodeprj.tar.gz>

to use include -framework ALUT to compile/link commands and the header is
then <ALUT/alut.h>
