[Openal] New drivers for Audigy cards

Hi All,

FYI ... New drivers for the Audigy, Audigy 2, Audigy 2 ZS Notebook (PCMCIA
card), Audigy 2 ZS, and Audigy 4 series of cards have been released.
These drivers include a 'native' OpenAL device that is OpenAL 1.1
compatible and includes EFX Extension support.
