On Friday I asked for an update on the Mantis install, and they're 
taking a look at it again on tomorrow (Monday).  I think we're pretty 
close -- there's an education in the ways of RHEL/CentOS taking place 
here...  There is apparently some issue with PHP MySQL support through 
Apache that needs to be worked out, and then the Mantis and Wiki 
installs should work.
