[Openal] Stereo Reverb

Hi Colin,

There is a bug in the current X-Fi driver that is muting the sends from
stereo sources to Auxiliary Effects Slots.   This will be fixed.  In the
meantime you can use the Generic Hardware device to confirm that your
stereo Sources are feeding the appropriate Aux Effect Slots.

Does anyone know if it's possible to have a reverb on a stereo source?
