Hi Colin,
Can you reproduce this issue using the EFX10Show application that is
included in the SDK ( in \samples\bin\winXX ) ? Can you send me source
code / and or a project workspace that shows the problem ?
Thanks,
Dan

[Openal] Effects on the wrong
sounds....

Hi guys, I'm having a bit of trouble at the moment with effects getting
applied to sounds they shouldn't be on. The case in question involves
distortion and reverb:
If I create a distortion or reverb effect by itself everything is fine and
shiny,
however if there is a reverb in existance when I create my distortion, I
will hear distortion on sounds that never get attatch send to bus called
on them. ie I have a reverb on slot one and a distortion on slot two:
sounds which are attached to slot one will have a distorion on them as
well as reverb while sounds which are attached only to slot two will have
only distortion (as they should).
Has anyone else had any experience of this or have any ideas what's going
wrong? (for reference I'm running 1.1 on an x-fi usinf the x-fi device)
Cheers,
Col
