[Openal] [freeALUT] missing stdint.h under visualc++8 - why not add Paul Hsieh portable stdint.h?

confirmed! current svn works fine for me
(vc++2005, using project file
VisualStudioDotNET/alut.sln
project file gets converted to vc2005 automatically.)
