Version 1.9.9 of the installer just passed all internal testing today, 
so feel free to distribute it as you wish.  For the more general 
audience, this new installer will be up on the web fairly soon -- we're 
probably going to release a new SDK rev at the same time as the new 
installer.  Most of the changes between 1.9.3 (currently up on the web) 
and 1.9.9 are related to Vista.  Anyone dealing with Win98 or Vista 
machines who wants it immediately can email me and I'll be happy to send 
it out...
