[Openal] Crashing when calling any al* function

I'm pretty sure that the latest internal build of the OpenAL wrapper 
library fixes this Win 98 issue, and I'd be happy to send you an 
installer for testing on Monday when I'm back in the office.  Either 
that, or we thought we had this issue fixed, but missed something (we 
don't regularly test on Win 98 now that it is an unsupported platform).
