I tried it...
I couldn't reach Chris and I can't make this implementation run in any way
:(
When I switch original libopenal and Chris' version altest no longer
starts ("OpenAl Version -1209247012.-1208981640", "alListenerfv POSITION :
illegal call").
The application I'm interested in (Torque) doesn't complain about
Chris' openal, but speakers are completely silent.
Did you by any chance try to get 4.0 (or more) in Linux with SI? Does it
work on your systems or it isn't only me?
